We require an Introduction Meeting the following will be discussed:

6. Construction Lead times
7. On site Access / obstacles

After our meeting we will provide you with a quotation which will include our services to the extent in which required.

Once the quotation is accepted, we enter the next phase:

1. We will furnish you with a Construction programme detailing sequence of various phases and itemised trades and lead times thereof.
2. Throughout the project we will have fortnightly progress meetings with the client and their appointed agents.
3. Upon reaching completion you will be informed to conduct a final works completion inspection with our team and the relevant appointed agents.
4. All relevant manuals/warranties will be handed over to the client in an electronic as well as hard copy file.
